Shipping policy
Shipping destinations and rates
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Tracked shipping is a flat $20 CAD to Canada and $23 CAD to the US excluding duties/customs. Shipping charges are shown at checkout.
Processing time
Many pieces are handmade to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. If there’s a delay, we’ll contact you.
Delivery and customs
Orders ship from Canada through Canada Post. Delivery times can vary, especially when a US parcel passes through customs. We’ll provide tracking information when your order ships.
US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and charged at checkout for US orders, so you should not be asked to pay those charges upon delivery.
Shipping address
You can ship to an address different from your billing address at checkout. Please check it carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to help before it ships.
